The committee have agreed that the handicap system will change this winter. Members will advise me of their Handicap Index and we will work from there. The handicap used in fixtures will be your handicap index rounded up or down as appropriate. The CSS will be worked on the basis of 20% and reductions will be recorded. This will NOT affect your Club Handicap.
